Terms of Service
We reserve sole discretion to determine whether any use of our services is a violation of these terms.
We reserve sole discretion on the measures we use to deal with violations and suspected violations of these terms.
These terms may be amended without notice.
You agree to refer to these terms frequently. Continued use of our services following revision of these terms
constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions.
Restrictions
You may NOT use your account:
- In a manner which violates any law, regulation, treaty or tariff.
- In a manner which is defamatory, fraudulent, indecent, offensive, or deceptive.
- To threaten, harass, abuse or intimidate others.
- To damage the name or reputation of JAMM Consulting, Inc., its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries.
- To break security on any computer network or to access an account or data which do not belong to you.
- In a manner which interferes with other customers' use and enjoyment of the services provided by us or other Internet providers.
- To send unsolicited messages via email, fax, etc., regardless of the reason.
Liability
You agree to hold JAMM Consulting, Inc., its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries harmless from any
liabilities caused by the use or misuse of this service.
Security
- You must ensure that others do not gain access to your account.
- You are responsible for any misuse of your account even if the actions are not committed by you.
We cooperate fully with all security investigations, whether initatied by law enforcement entities, network providers, or other sources.
Illegal Activity
We prosecute all illegal activities to the fullest extent of the law and cooperate fully with all law enforcement entities.
Backups
Unless purchased as a specific add-on, we do not back up client's VPS or data. Customer must use adequate procedures
to prevent data loss in case of a failure.
Payments
- All payments made for services outside the no risk trial period are non-refundable.
- You must pay for the next month's hosting charges before the end of the current billing cycle.
- We will immediately terminate an account for non-payment of hosting charges.
- If your account is delinquent and you wish it reactivated, you must
pay a re-connect fee and pay all outstanding charges before we will re-activate your account.
- We will not retrieve files and/or provide support for delinquent accounts.
