Frequently Asked QuestionsI can't connect to my VPS using SSH, is something broken?For security, we limit the rate of inbound connections to the SSH port. Wait a few minutes and try again to see if it works. If it does, you were trying to connect too many times in a short interval and our firewall throttled your connections.Is unmetered the same thing as unlimited?We are providing a shared service to give our customers access to hosting and bandwidth at a reasonable cost. You can use the service as much as you like, but you are not allowed to interfere with other customers' ability to also use the service.Will you maintain my VPS?The VPS is yours to maintain and control. Once we install the operating system and configure it, you are the system administrator. We are available for system support issues as needed. Please contact us for anything you need.Do you make back-ups of my VPS or my data?This service does not include backups. We may set up a backup system for you at an additional cost.
